Data Collection
FoundryPulse collects information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company details, and user role when you register, subscribe, or contact support. We also automatically collect telemetry data from connected industrial devices (e.g., air flow, pressure, uptime), device metadata, IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns within the platform.
Information Processing
We process your information to deliver core functionality of the FoundryPulse platform, including device provisioning, real-time telemetry visualization, alerting, diagnostics, and analytics. We also use it to improve performance, administer accounts, enforce platform security, and comply with regulatory obligations.
Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal or device data. We may share information under the following circumstances:
- Service Providers. We use cloud providers (e.g., Azure), support platforms, and analytics vendors that help us operate and scale the FoundryPulse platform.
- Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information when required to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
- Business Transfers. In the event of a company merger, acquisition, or restructuring, user data may be transferred as part of that process.
Data Retention
Application logs are retained for up to 90 days and database backups for up to 90 days. Customers may request earlier deletion of organizational data after account termination.
Data Roles
Blueprint Software LLC operates FoundryPulse as a data processor on behalf of its customers, who act as data controllers for information collected through their organization’s devices and user accounts. Each organization determines how its data is used within the platform. Blueprint Software does not access customer data except as necessary to provide support, maintenance, or comply with legal obligations.
Data Location and Transfers
All FoundryPulse services and data storage are hosted on Microsoft Azure within the United States. Data may be replicated across Azure regions for backup and disaster recovery. We do not transfer customer data outside the U.S. unless specifically requested or required by contract.
Security Incidents
In the event of a data breach or security incident affecting customer information, we will notify affected organizations without undue delay after becoming aware of the issue and provide relevant details consistent with applicable law and contractual obligations.
Privacy Rights
You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, depending on your jurisdiction. To exercise your rights, contact us at team@blueprint.software.
If you request deletion of your account, we will deactivate your login and remove associated profile data from active systems. Operational logs and telemetry may be retained for diagnostics or compliance purposes.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and browser storage to maintain user sessions, improve platform performance, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling them may affect functionality such as real-time dashboards and login persistence.
Security
FoundryPulse uses encryption in transit and at rest, along with role-based access controls, telemetry isolation by organization, and continuous infrastructure monitoring. While we take industry-standard precautions, no system is entirely immune to risk.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party systems, such as equipment vendors or identity providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external services.
Updates
This policy may be revised as our Services evolve. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.
